Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Beauty Hub Academy for your beauty skills training journey! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our students, please read and agree to the following booking policy when enrolling in any of our courses: 1. Course Enrollment & Booking -All course bookings must be made online or in person through our official registration platforms. -A non-refundable application fee of R300.00 is required when submitting admission applications. -Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a completed enrollment form. 2. Payment Terms -Full course fees must be paid 7–14 days before the course start date, unless otherwise arranged. -Payment plans are available for selected courses. Please inquire during registration. -Accepted payment methods include EFT, credit/debit card, and direct bank deposit. 3. Cancellations & Refunds -Deposits are non-refundable unless a course is cancelled by the academy. If you wish to cancel your enrollment/booking: -More than 7 days before the course: You may reschedule to a future course date (subject to availability). -Less than 7 days before the course: Fees may be forfeited. -No refunds or transfers will be made for students who do not attend without prior notice ("no-shows"). 4. Course Rescheduling We reserve the right to reschedule or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances, minimum enrollment not met, or facilitators unavailability. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to the next available session or receive a full refund. 5. Attendance & Conduct -Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually and professionally. -Missed sessions will not be refunded. Catch-up classes may be offered at an additional fee. -The academy maintains the right to dismiss any student for disruptive behavior, without refund. 6. Certification Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course, including all assessments and attendance requirements. 7. Health & Safety -Students must adhere to all hygiene, safety, and COVID-19 protocols where applicable. -Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special learning needs prior to the course.
